Sailing Weekend May 2010
We are planning a Sailing Weekend on the weekend of 14th to 16th May. If you want to join the weekend complete the booking form on the next tab and pay online into the Sevenoaks Yacht Club Account.
The Cruise will take place from the afternoon of Friday 14th May through to Sunday 16th May. Please plan on being at the Hamble Marina by 4pm at the very latest on Friday afternoon. Drivers should plan to leave Sevenoaks by about 1'ish, just after lunch. We should get back to Sevenoaks by about 7pm on Sunday evening.
The cost of the weekend is £130 each. This includes yacht charter, marina mooring fees and administration including an amount toward the charter deposit. When paying online please quote in the reference box, May10 followed by your initial and surname, eg. May10TTait. This will allow the treasurer to validate online credits
In addition, each boat crew will have their own kitty for boat food and drink, cleaning materials and fuel. The Kitty will be in the range of £50 per person payable in cash to your skipper on Friday 14th May. We will no doubt have a couple of meals and a few drinks on shore, so bring your own pocket-money.
Once we have confirmed numbers we will organise the boat crews and confirm next steps. We hope to charter 3 Halberg Rassey 34' Yachts for the weekend
